Application Guidelines
- The background must be fully set, stable, clean, free from efflorescence and uniformly absorbent.
- Sprinkle the powder onto clean water at the specified ratio and allow it to soak evenly.
- Mix with clean tools until a smooth, lump-free paste is obtained.
- Apply a thin, uniform coat within the recommended thickness and finish with a suitable trowel.
- Allow the surface to dry completely before painting, and follow the paint manufacturer's requirements for primers and substrate moisture.
Limitations and Non-Recommended Uses
- Not a substitute for basecoat plaster where deep filling or substantial levelling is required.
- Not recommended for exterior areas, permanently damp locations or surfaces in direct contact with water.
- Do not apply over glossy paint, contaminated surfaces or unstable backgrounds without suitable preparation.
- Excessive trowelling or adding water after setting has begun may reduce the quality of the finished surface.
Packaging, Storage and Handling
- Available in bags or bulk bags, depending on the product grade and order requirements.
- Store in a dry, covered warehouse on pallets.
- Use opened bags promptly and reseal any remaining material completely.
- Shelf life should be stated in accordance with Sadaf stability testing and the applicable packaging conditions.
Safety
Avoid breathing dust and prevent the dry powder or wet mix from contacting the eyes. Wear safety goggles, a suitable dust mask and gloves. Use cleaning methods that do not disperse dust into the air. The product SDS is the final reference for safety information.
